TPD-34 A Truck Photographer’s Diary, Vol. 34–Livestock Haulers, is a CD photo album featuring photos of livestock trucks. The album contains 150 photos, all taken in 2007. Some were taken by Dave and Anna Bontrager in Illinois and Indiana, and some were taken by Bill Arseneau in various areas of the West. All photos by Anna and Bill were used with permission. Dave is well-known for his classic and unique images of trucks from the 1950s through the present day. This is an excellent sampling of his private collection of truck photos. The album features a potpourri of different types of equipment, from plain trucks to LargeCars. Times have changed for getting good photos of trucks in truck stops due to the tight parking, making it extremely difficult getting clean views. Most of the photos in this album are action shots, with most being close-up views. The photos are beautiful clean shots with a nice background. The images are in pristine condition and will view excellently on screen. A few may be slightly less than perfect, but I feel the historic value of the trucks shown out weighs the technical aspects of the photo. Pages may be printed for personal non-commercial use only – not for public distribution by any manual, mechanical or electronic means. Acrobat Reader 5.0 or newer is required for reading the photo album.
