This is the general offices of the Colorado & Western Railroad Co.  I had this structure at West Pueblo on my railroad in Colorado, but it’s not on my new C&W.
 


This is O. Henry’s Restaurant, Saloon, and Hotel at Durdy Dawg.  This wasn’t on my railroad in Colorado, but will be on my new C&W.

BUBBA’S DINER MENU

My entire railroad follows a storyline.  For me this is a very important aspect of model railroading and adds credence to the railroad.  For whatever the reason, building Bubba’s Diner was a pet project, so I developed a menu.  I did a lot of research to get the 1950 prices as accurate as possible.  I suppose one reason this was such a fun project is that I love to cook.  Read and enjoy.
